L98 offers a dedicated VIP program for regular players. Every bet you place earns points, and those points move you up to higher tiers — where the benefits are greater and the rewards are bigger.
You start at the Bronze tier as soon as you register. The more you play, the more points you earn and the closer you get to higher tiers.
Every bet you place at l98 automatically adds points to your account. It doesn't matter whether you play casino games, Sports Betting, or slots — every category earns points. The more you wager, the faster your points accumulate. During special events and promotions, you can also earn double points.
Your total points are tallied at the end of each week. If you've reached the required threshold, you'll start enjoying higher-tier benefits from the following week. Points are tracked in real time, so you can check your progress anytime by logging into your account.
L98's VIP cashback system is straightforward. Each week, a set percentage of your net losses is returned to you. Bronze tier earns 5%, Silver 8%, Gold 12%, Platinum 16%, and Diamond earns the maximum at 20% cashback.
Cashback is credited to your account automatically every Monday. Use it to keep playing or withdraw it — the choice is entirely yours. With No Wagering Requirements Your cashback can be withdrawn — and that is one of the best features of the l98 VIP program.
Starting from Gold tier, you gain access to l98's exclusive high-limit tables where wager amounts far exceed standard limits. The high-limit versions of Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, and Live Blackjack are available to VIP members only.
Diamond members get access to an exclusive VIP-only game room where dealers serve VIP players only. The atmosphere is quieter, the pace more relaxed, and the limits significantly higher. Private table bookings are also available in this room.
Platinum and Diamond members are assigned a dedicated account manager who is always on hand to assist with any questions — whether it's deposits and withdrawals, activating bonuses, or any other game-related matter.
L98's VIP managers speak Bengali and understand the needs of players from Bangladesh. They get to know your preferences and playing style, then put together customized bonus offers you won't find on the standard promotions page.
Standard account withdrawals can take 1–2 hours to process. VIP members enjoy much faster turnaround times: 30 minutes at the Gold tier, 15 minutes at Platinum, and just 5 minutes at the Diamond tier.
Diamond members also have their withdrawal limits removed entirely. There are no restrictions on large withdrawals. Fast payouts are available through mobile banking or electronic wallets.
L98 regularly hosts VIP-only tournaments with large prize pools and less competition, since only members of specific tiers can enter. There are separate tournaments for every tier from Gold to Diamond, so newer VIP members have plenty of opportunities to participate.
On special occasions — such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other festivals — l98 offers VIP members exclusive bonuses and free spins. Platinum and Diamond members receive custom offers directly through their dedicated account managers.
You become a Bronze VIP the moment you register — no separate application needed. Simply having an l98 account automatically enrolls you in the program.
Play more during double points events. Live Casino games tend to accumulate points faster. Completing weekly challenges also earns you bonus points.
Points earned at l98 never expire. You can build up your tier gradually at your own pace.
Once you accumulate enough points, l98 automatically upgrades your tier and activates your new benefits.
From Silver tier onwards, every VIP member receives a special birthday bonus credited directly to their account.
The difference between a standard account and a VIP account is clear — each tier unlocks new opportunities.
